In January of 2008, the weakening economy throughout the United States started to affect small and large businesses alike.  Companies everywhere were forced to stretch their ever-tightening budgets, while still satisfying their requirements for IT maintenance and growth.  When Aventis Systems opened its doors with a mission to fill the need for affordable server hardware equipment, it could not have been at a more opportune time.  Aventis Systems offered a solution to this looming crisis by passing along the savings in hardware costs to the consumer, in most cases, translating to more than 50% in savings.  Starting with the Dell PowerEdge line of servers, Aventis Systems expanded into the HP Proliant line in October.  By the end of 2008, to fill increasing consumer demand for quality refurbished equipment, Aventis brought on an entire suite of business-class desktops, laptops and workstations.

From the beginning Aventis Systems’ mission was to prove the word “refurbished” does not have to signify poor quality.  The company wanted to pass along savings, but still maintain the value that consumers are used to finding when purchasing new equipment.  Aventis Systems moved beyond saving consumers money to setting a new standard in the industry by offering a three-year warranty on every server and storage unit sold.  The company also maintains a fully-staffed technical support department where customers can call at anytime to receive assistance with their hardware-related questions.  Presently, Aventis Systems operates out of two facilities: a warehouse in Marietta housing all equipment, operations and technical support staff; and an Atlanta-based sales and marketing office.  All Aventis employees are dedicated to providing companies of all sizes with savings and complete satisfaction with every IT hardware purchase.
